Terms of use
Version of 16 October 2026
1. Who we are
Rapporteo is an online service operated by Adrian Leş, sole trader, under the trade name AXPRO® (Georges Hensmansstraat 73, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium, info@axpro.be). Full legal details are on the Legal notice page.
2. The service
Rapporteo lets you manage clients, scheduling, jobs, PDF reports in French, Dutch and English, documents and invoicing. The TEO assistant helps with drafting: the user remains responsible for the content, findings and conclusions of their reports.
3. Account and access
Accounts are for professional use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your workspace. You guarantee that the information given at sign-up is accurate.
4. Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with every feature and no credit card. When the trial ends the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays viewable and exportable, and you can choose a plan to keep creating.
5. Pricing, payment and term
Plans (Solo, Pro, Team, Business, Enterprise) and their limits are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with no commitment beyond the current period, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid for a started period are non-refundable, unless required by law. Online payments are handled by a secure payment provider; we do not store your card details.
6. Your data
The data you enter (clients, jobs, photos, reports) belongs to you. For this data you are the controller and Rapporteo acts as processor, in line with the privacy policy. You can export it at any time and ask for deletion when the contract ends.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, try to access other customers’ data, disrupt the platform or upload unlawful content. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, after a warning where possible.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for the content of reports produced by users.
9. Changes
We may change the service and these terms; significant changes are announced by e-mail or in the app before they take effect.
10. Governing law
Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
