When you fill in the demo or contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, company, email address, phone, trade, team size, preferred language and message.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used only to answer your request, organise a demo and, where relevant, give you access to the platform. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention
Requests that do not lead further are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact.
Recipients
The data is intended for the Rapporteo team and its technical processors (hosting, email delivery). It is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
